What are concierge level rooms?
Concierge Level rooms are located on the 4th floor (top floor of hotel.) They are adults-only and offer access to the private rooftop sundeck and hot tubs and a later checkout time of 12 noon, among other added amenities.
Do you provide beach chairs and umbrellas?
Someone had an umbrella and 2 chairs that had the boardwalk hotel printed on them
Are there handicapped accessible rooms and do they have roll in showers
Yes. I work at this hotel. We have a std room thats handicapped accessible. Its single room with 2 double beds. No balcony no view.. lowest priced room in hotel. Has roll in shower and room is very roomy to accomodate wheel chair use in room.. thanks

Do any rooms have 2 bathroom?
I work at this hotel so I can assure you this answer is factual. All room types have one full bathroom, with one exception. The Apartment Suite has one full bathroom & one half bath (powder room).. In season ( memorial day to labor day) the apartment is only rented for minimum of 7 days at a time.. Can I bring my 8 lb. 8 yr dog?
I work at this hotel. Service animals Only. If your circumstances require you to bring the pet, I would recommend the Breakers Hotel. They allow pets and not just service animals, I believe. Thanks, Evan Zinser

Stayed at the boardwalk plaza for 2 nights. Decided to have dinner the first night and the service was extremely slow. Took 35 minutes just to order our food. Cold bread was offered and with a smaller menu selection it was hardly worth the wait (or price). Waitress was inattentive until time for her tip and the food was like warm at the end of it. Overpriced. ($7 for one scoop of vanilla ice cream?) Hotel is great, restaurant not so much.

Always a wonderful, delicious experience!!!! Food is always fresh & served hot. Service is excellent. Restaurant is beautiful. Nothing bad to say here. A most delightful eating adventure!!

We had lunch there this week. And the appetizers and entrees were perfectly cooked and presented and the right size.. (so we weren't tempted to overeat which we do sometimes). Desserts could have been better and the coffee was not that hot.

The food was excellent in taste and presentation!My wife & I had the "Eastern shore crabcakes" and they were excellent and filler-free tender & delicious! - All was done right; gourmet all the way! Service was excellent. This is a real gem that we always visit without fail when in Rehoboth and we highly recommend.
